Therefore, there is a NO RETURN NO REFUND policy on any and all eCourses.
Investment in one digital program entitles a single-user/purchaser access to course materials. Sharing or distributing in any form or fashion is not only illegal, it’s bad karma.

We have a strict NO RETURN policy on digital books, due to the nature of their delivery. As you can imagine, once a digital book leaves our server and is sent to yours, any manner of mis-use could ensue. We deliver the digital books via web link in good faith that they’ll be used as intended, and for a single-user. Purchase of one DIGITAL EDITION of Nature’s Farmacy DIGITAL EDITION or Nature’s Farmacy Benefits Book DIGITAL entitles purchaser – SINGLE USER – to use on MULTIPLE PERSONAL DEVICES. Your personal devices, not someone else’s.

All Nature’s Farmacy hard-copy book orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. If bulk shipping is needed for an exceptionally large order, please contact Lorene@LoreneDavies.com
Authorized returns are accepted on unopened, unused books within 30 days of original ship date with a $10 restocking fee per item. Books must be in their original condition.
Payments will be credited within ten days of authorized returns being received in original condition at our warehouse.
Please contact Customer Support at Lorene@LoreneDavies.com within 30 days of original ship date for Return Authorization Number.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

It’s not unusual for packing boxes and materials to be dented, scuffed, or otherwise cosmetically affected by shipment. Usually the books inside are safe from harm and undamaged.
Damages will occasionally occur during shipping. With prior approval, documented, damaged books may be returned and replacements will be sent.
To have damaged goods considered for replacement, send photos of damages, including all packaging materials, with a list and description of damaged items to Customer Support.
Please contact Customer Care immediately upon receipt of a defective or damaged book order that you’ve received. Defective books will be replaced and may need to be returned for the purposes of filing a claim with USPS.
Refusing a shipment is not an authorized method of returning an order. Please read the General Return Policy and contact Customer Support for a return authorization number.
Customers will be held responsible for costs incurred by refusing a shipment, including the cost of any products lost or damaged en route back to our warehouse. Customers refusing shipments will be charged for the cost of return shipping in addition to the restocking fee. Refused shipments that become lost or damaged will not be refunded.
